REPEXSA USA is a dynamic organization of Regina Pacis College Mutengene alumni living in the United States. We are committed to fostering a strong community, supporting our alma mater, and making a positive impact in the world.
The history of REPEXSA USA is deeply rooted in the expanding global presence of REPEXSANS (alumni of Regina Pacis College Mutengene). As these alumni established themselves in various countries, the necessity for chapter branches to cultivate unity and support became clear. Initially, in 2010, a joint Canada-USA chapter was formed to serve REPEXSANS residing in both nations. However, with the consistent growth in the number of alumni living in the USA, the need for a distinct USA chapter became increasingly apparent.
- On June 28, 2020, REPEXSA USA was officially launched, initially operating as a regional chapter. The association began with a small but dedicated group of alumni, committed to establishing a platform for collaboration and mutual support. Within a year, the chapter broadened its scope across other states, evolving into a nationwide organization that connects REPEXSANS throughout the USA.
- Today, REPEXSA USA features a diverse and energetic membership, encompassing professionals, entrepreneurs, students, and community leaders from various sectors. Its members are bound by their shared heritage and a dedication to upholding the values instilled during their time at Regina Pacis College. Through social gatherings, mentorship programs, and collaborative projects, members work together to support one another and contribute to the association’s development.
- REPEXSA USA also maintains a strong connection with its alma mater, participating in activities that give back to the school and its current students. Members have organized fundraising campaigns, supported educational initiatives, and fostered programs that preserve the legacy of excellence at Regina Pacis College.
- Under the visionary leadership of its pioneer and current president, Derek Yunga (Class of 2000), REPEXSA USA has thrived into a robust and dynamic network. Derek’s commitment, leadership abilities, and enthusiasm for the association have inspired members to actively participate in building a united and impactful organization.
